OK, some of you may have seen this before - an episode of the children's cartoon series Eek the Cat which is closely modeled on one of the greatest non-children's films ever made.
You may not Get This, but if you do not then you may be Dead To Me.
In a similar vein, one day I will be able to show you the episode of Pinky and the Brain called "The Third Mouse"...

Very good.
I was going to note the amusing value of: "he's running with a pack of wild dogs, who worship him (cough) like a demi-dog."
but then the following came up: "he never ran away or grumbled like a method actor again."
There are some intriguing titles in the list at: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Eek%21_The_Cat_episodes
Alas "Pup Fiction" has been removed from YouTube at present.
You know, I remember seeing that on telly many years ago -- if I recall correctly, it was shown as part of Going Live or whatever the equivalent was at the time. Luckily, I'd seen half of Apocalypse Now a few weeks earlier on the Channel 4 film strand with the cool Stella Artois promos bookending the ad breaks.
I think it took me several years before I watched the *end* of Apocalypse Now -- and to this day I don't think I've ever watched it all the way through.

I once sat through the entirety of the Redux version in a cinema. I'm nothing if not dedicated.
